PUSD Update

October 28, 2020

On Tuesday night, October 27, 2020, The Page Unified School District Governing Board approved moving the district to Hybrid 2.0. This means that, beginning Monday, November 2, 2020, families who wish to send their children to school in person, may do so four days a week as opposed to just two days.  Students may attend class Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Wednesday being a virtual half day for all students.  Deep cleaning of the campuses will take place on Wednesdays when no students are present.  Those families who wish to keep their children remote or virtual, can continue to do so as well.

“We know that having our students attend class in person is the best way to support learning and ensure that we meet all of our students’ needs,” said PUSD Superintendent, Larry Wallen. “We encourage all students to return to in-school instruction as soon as they’re comfortable doing so. Families can choose the learning environment that best meets their student’s needs.”
