PPE Early Ballot Deadline Friday

PPE Early Ballot Deadline Friday
March 09
11:21 2016

Any registered Democrats, Greens, or Republicans who wish to have an early ballot for the March 22 Presidential Preference Election mailed to them must request one by Friday, March 11.

To request an early ballot be mailed to you, voters may call the Coconino County Elections Office at 928-679-7860 or toll free 800-793-6181. Voters may also submit a written request to Coconino County Elections, 110 E. Cherry, Flagstaff, AZ  86001 or request an early ballot online at Coconino.az.gov/elections and click on “Early Ballot Request.”.

From March 14th through March 18th, Democrats, Greens, and Republicans may still cast an early vote but must do so in person. Early voting will be available Monday through Thursday at Page City Hall or Monday through Friday at the Coconino County Elections Office in Tuba City, located in the basement of the Tuba City Library.

All voters on the Permanent Early Voting List (PEVL) were mailed early ballots on February 24.  Republicans, Greens and Democrats that are on the PEVL and have not received their early ballot should call the Elections Office so they can be issued a replacement ballot.

Voted early ballots may be returned by mail in the postage-paid return envelope; dropped off at an early voting location; or at any polling place on Election Day, March 22.  Early ballots must be returned by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

Early voters should remember to sign the return envelope or their ballots will not be counted.  Arizona state law requires the voter to personally vote his or her own early ballot and to sign the early ballot return envelope.  The Elections Office must have the early voter’s signature on the return envelope to verify the ballot was voted by the early voter and not someone else.
