The Grand Opening Celebration for the LeChee Health Facility is on Monday, July 13, starting at 10 a.m. DST.

The public is invited. Lunch will be provided by Brycon small

The facility – a satellite pharmacy for the Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation – is located next to the LeChee Chapter House.

The facility can fill new medicines (with a doctor’s prescription) or send mail order medicines to mailing addresses in Navajo Mountain, Kaibeto, Bodaway/Gap or anywhere – including Page.

It is easy to enroll yourself and your medications at the LeChee facility. Note that controlled substances and refrigerated medicines cannot be mailed. Though refrigerated medicines can’t be mailed, they can be picked up at LeChee, or the other two TCRHCC pharmacies at the Sacred Peaks Health Center or the Tuba City outpatient pharmacy.

Refills can also be ordered or picked up at LeChee.

When requesting a refill, allow 24 hours before pick-up.

The refill phone number is (928) 698-4912.

Hours for the LeChee pharmacy are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The facility also recently began weekend hours, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

A Mobile Medical Unit will also be available at LeChee every Monday in July, also on July 16 and 23 (both Thursdays) and Wednesday, July 29. It will be at other Western Agency chapters throughout the month. For updated schedules contact your local chapter or call (928) 283-2607.

The mobile unit’s hours can vary by chapter, but the LeChee times are 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The last patient of the day must be registered at least 30 minutes before the end of the day.

If using the mobile unit, you are requested to bring in all your medications with you, both prescribed and over-the-counter.
