Colorado River. Quagga mussels have been confirmed both above and below

the dam, so it is important to clean, drain, and dry all boats and

equipment that has come in contact with the water. UTAH AND ARIZONA

STATE LAWS REQUIRE THAT BOAT OWNERS DECONTAMINATE THEIR VESSELS AND

CONVEYANCES TO AVOID THE TRANSPORT OF QUAGGA MUSSELS TO UNINFESTED

WATERS.  Specific information on state laws for Utah can be found at

www.wildlife.utah.gov/mussels [1] or for Arizona at www.azgfd.gov/ais
