Arizona’s Voter Registration Ends Today
October 10
10:43 2016

The last day to register or re-register to vote for the upcoming November 8, 2016 General Election is today.

Coconino County’s two election offices located in Flagstaff and Tuba City will be open from 8 am to 7 pm (local time) today for people who want to register to vote in person.

Residents may also register to vote online at until midnight. This website requires an Arizona driver license or Arizona-issued identification card, and is the same service provider that offers online vehicle registration.

Registered voters who have moved or changed their name must re-register.

Residents may also print off a mail-in voter registration application at Click on “Voter Registration”. The mail-in voter registration form must be signed and dated no later than Monday, October 10, and received in the Elections Office by Friday, October 14.

The current number of registered voters in Coconino County has already reached a new high of 77,400 registered voters as of Friday, October 7. The high number of registered voters may indicate a record turnout for the November 8 General Election.

If any residents have questions concerning their voter registration status, it is recommended you call the Elections Office.

For more information, call the Elections Office at 928-679-7860 or toll-free at 800-793-6181.
